Kevin Lively studied Physics at North Carolina State University, moved to London for his Masters Degree and received his PhD at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter in Hamburg Germany. He is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina and has settled in Germany.
