Camilla Power

Camilla Power is Senior Lecturer at the University of East London. She is a biosocial anthropologist interested in the evolutionary emergence of language, art and culture. She combines interdisciplinary perspectives of Darwinian modelling with archaeology and hunter-gatherer ethnography. She has done fieldwork research with the Hadza hunter-gatherers in Tanzania on women's ritual and gender.
