Eli Rarey is an independent filmmaker, performance artist, playwright, and poet. His short films have played at festivals around the world, and his feature, The Famous Joe Project, is available on streaming platforms. Rarey was a founding member of the SCIENCE PROJECT performance collective and a regular contributor to the online art and literary journal Ohio Edit. He holds a bachelor's degree in theater arts from Columbia University and an MFA from the USC School of Cinematic Arts, where he later taught in the Interactive Media Division.
